Last year the Company began taking steps to enhance shareholder value when it decreased its Authorized shares from 5 Billion to 3.6 Billion, (((still the number of Authorized shares.)))

The CEO, Chris Clarke is doing good for share holders IMHO. There is no evidence of dilution.
