How can it be tough to keep up shipping a handful of bottles here and there when in his mind he thought sales would be over 12 million units this year??

The company is currently being overwhelmed with interest in the product. So much, that projections of Snorenz® sales are conservatively estimated at over twelve million units for the calendar year of 2013, nearly three times the product's best year ever.
