So let me get this straight, you think that the companies is increasing shares so to counteract a potential takeover? Hmmm I think I've heard that one before. Just about any pennystock company claims this is the reason for increasing their authorized shares no?. As far as insiders continuing to enrich themselves, we'll it continues unabated!
