From the " what is worth dept" I had some conversations with XXXXX and it seems the playing field has changed a little. There is a " movement " on going which we have all seen, that a number of the smaller / active players are teaming up to make slightly noncomercial or/ probal prospects profitable. This IMO is the " local content" / financing delays we are seeing and some have come to light. ??
As the " glass half full" posters have posted, GOOD TIME AHEAD !!
more definition next week after another meeting, nothing " concrete yet"
