If you check all of TDEY's filings on OTC, nothing indicates that Clark raised the authorized share count because the outstanding share count was raised after TDEY's last filings with OTC. The only place you would have learned that Clark raised the authorized share count is from the Wyoming Secretary of States office. Clark has all this time for weekly conference calls, PR's, nonstop tweets, Facebook, etc etc etc, and yet he never mentioned something as important as raising the authorized shares by 144%????? Something has a bad odor.
