Is this any different than the drug companies promoting studies on their drugs? As for doctor's fearing lawsuits for prescribing anatabine, the safety of anatabine has been studied, and over two years of use by the public without reports of any serious side effects, if any. If doctors were worried about lawsuits for safety issues, I would like you to name a couple of prescription/FDA approved drugs that are "safe", and don't carry warnings for serious side effects.
