I agree, .0001 would be a fair PPS, however even then it would be risky holding onto for any length of time. By the time this gets to .0001 the AS will be maxed to 1 Billion as per filings say they intend to increase it to.

Holding long at .0001 runs you the risk of holding through a reverse split.

Company has told us in recent filing that they are broke and have huge debt.

Nothing surprising going on here, typical OTC stuff. Its listed on the OTC for a reason.
