This is not a blue chip stock with a prescribable formula for stock price. Diluting 0.00 ultimately equates to a zero sum game.

The dilution occurred (mostly) while the share price was .0055. Now the running price is .0075. A large piece of the dilution was preferred's taking a haircut to the benefit if the common holders.

This is a dream stock and everybody currently onboard has a dream. For some the dream is to sell at .025, for some its .05. For others the dream runs between .12 and .40.

For some the dream is of ILNS someday being a major player in the pharma universe.

So, dilution?
