They said in their SOS filing that they are reverse splitting the Authorized shares. So the authorized shares, if a RS did happen, would be very small, meaning it could run post RS. Most stocks leave the AS unchanged but this is not the case here. Read the filing again!!!

Of course, the reverse split did not happen today, and there is no 'D' in HYII and no PR or 8K about it.
