Good post as well as KY's post. We all knew that the as would need to be raised re reserves, IMO the OS will be contingent upon increased cash flow, possible conventional capital and/or the intentions of FF going forward. I do believe that FF has plenty of previously issued shares to sell and I believe they have probably been selling slowly as needed with the market as opposed to against the market trend.
