The Great Question: What is Management Thinking?

What is management thinking today? The stock is on fire, the stock is just about to start getting a lot of attention, approval was granted, comericalization is around the corner, manufacturing is going full bore in their own plant, muscular distrophy is on to phase II, European sales must be next, the fight with TRCA is at a stalemate for the moment, there is more money in the kitty then last month, and big pharma is ringing their door bell.

What am I missing? What are they thinking, and what could be next to blow the roof off this stock and send it rocketing above five so massive instutional buying may take place.
