Nortel was an old company who didn't innovate enough when they needed to and maybe some other economic reason, premier brands has no reason to be bankrupt.
I'm just saying that liquid brands managment still excist and is still very active, they are at the moment working on 4 projects.
That's a whole other story than Nortel.
