Hi everyone, first day here. Just want to get a feel for how you guys do things here. How do you come up with the picks and who has the final say so? Also how many members belong to the board and do y'all purchase the same stock after agreeing on it? I ask so I dont talk out of turn or disrupt the harmony in the room
