If you can raise funds - despite being a deliquent filer - it speaks for the Company. Those investing in private-equity do not even see a filing. Either you believe in something and then you go ahead or you question everything and remain in the past, then of course you walk away. But with this Kind of philosophy you never would climb certain mountains because in the knowledge of what happend to some before who tried. Life is risk-taking and so is financing. Based on my philosphy: You cannot get rich if you are not taking heavy bets. Being invested in Penny-Land and talking conservative does some how not work.
