As I said, legitimate companies like BHI are REQUIRED to disclose ALL material agreements, no matter who they are with.

The fact that they didn't disclose anything about MBMI PROVES that it is NOT material to them.

Good DD IS NOT just reciting the PRs and company handouts and looking for the good. Those things are never hard to find.

Good DD IS finding out what the company and CEO do NOT want you to know.
