Did you watch the video in the link?
Note how it does not pertain to BRND because the company in the example has no liabilities.
BRND has an accumulated net loss during the development stage totaling $11,640,423

BRND has diluted 75 million shares into the market in just the last two months.
During that time the pps went from .014 to .0015

The shares issued for convertible debt are at a 50% discount to market price.
BRND does not care what the market price of the stock is.
