I can only buy 3 out of 10 sub penny stocks that I want to buy right now. TDA will not let most people buy sub penny & its got nothing to do with DTC Chill, they will lie to you & say its chilled but the real reason is TDA is most likely blocked from purchasing a certain stock. I see it all the time, a stock that is for fact not chilled but TDA will say it is.
