Yes what is interesting is the short position here...agree

1. PRKR won a jury decision - VRNG Did in Oct 12

2. PRKR is valued 2x VRNG and jumped the value of VRNG today on again, a jury decision

3. PRKR's award is a complete unknown at this point. VRNG can be reasonably guestimated based on HJJ rulings and case's he's cited.

4. PRKR has a much less valuable portfolio and management team that doesn't match VRNG

5. VRNG is much further along the legal process (ruling, appeals etc)

6. Day of the jury decision VRNG has a flash crash on a HUGE SHORT POSITION occuring.

7. There is ZERO reason PRKR should be trading at 2x the value of VRNG

8.Anyone think google isn't shorting this stock now? I certainly am fairly certain they are. Market values on a relative basis. If it doesn't make sense, there's a reason and it isn't because VRNG is in a weaker relative position here.
