While that's great....that still doesn't gaurentee is X dollars by a certain date. That is most frustrating to me. In the end it will work out. I just would like to see some form of income. In the short term (unlikely). I do think its interesting and tactical to launch lawsuits in Europe. They must feel some form of settlement and/or quicker outcome than of google...which we all know has dragged on for eons
