If they allowed a 100% tax deduction for giving to charities, with no limits, you'd see a skyrocketing amount go to legitimate charities that would do 10 times the good that gov't does! Why don't they do this? Because the TINY few in DC want COMPLETE control, as they consider themselves smarter and better than the 300+ million citizens. If you don't believe this, then you are most delusional. This IS the minority holding the country hostage, and if you call that "traitorous," not only are you incorrect, you are foolish and totally brainwashed.
Give me ONE good reason why this psychopath gov't does not allow charitable contributions to be given a 100% deduction from income taxes, other than THEY think they can spend taxpayers' money better than the charities of the peoples' choice? And tell me why you would not agree with this plan? I mean, if you are correct, and most Americans want abortion, free condoms for kids, planned parenthood, gay rights, save the trees charities, etc., then they would receive plenty of donations under this plan, correct?
I suspect liberals fear that the beneficiaries of such a system would be churches, hospitals, childcare groups, schools, and all the liberal crap they waste money on would go under.
