I have seen that tooooo ! MANY times ......

sometimes it was dillution, followed by an R/S and another R/S ..... in the Pink Land

over here, it's only dillution

and with "the overhead" it's most likely to continue ............

if you want to project the future Market Cap
then, IMHO, we have to take into consideration the ENTIRE A/S
and HOPEFULLY, by then, we will be CASH POSITIVE !!!!!!!!
