RJ, I thought the issue with the website update is that supposedly FASC was going to be updating the website soon despite not having complied with SEC filings. Since the website constitutes an indirect form of communciation, some posters were questioning how this can be done since corporate counsel supposedly prohibits communication. Also, doesn't the website have a link to the SEC reports? Any link would not be able to link to current filings.
I am in favor of any form of communication from the Company, whether it be a website update, newsletter, Management guidance letter, streaming conference call interview with CEO, press releases, quarterly reports, white papers, etc.
