Sorry about your loss but IMO don't blame yourself, other countries do a much better job of protecting investors who think they've done their DD -- it seems it's just APS that's toxic (and a few other big promoters) but as this other halt shows, it MAY BE guilt by association: if this company vindicates itself just maybe, there's a tiny glimmer of hope that some light will be shed that helps traders in the future. Plenty of pennies experience trade volatility and get the skull and crossbones or STOP or other warnings but most go on normally.
Personally my tolerance for unknown stocks has gone down by 90+% after these two companies were halted, the second maybe just b/c a parasitic promoter latched onto it: skeptics scoff at that but they've put themselves in a position where anything they say will be scrutinized.

It's not every day that a company in this position goes to these extremes to try to clear its name and hopefully we will yet see who is really at the bottom of this mess -- what "third party" they are talking about: APS itself? Were they or another party complicit with an MM as some speculate? Will we ever actually learn anything that will help in future, short of avoiding all pennies?

I keep saying that any company is innocent until proven guilty and if anyone wants updates on latest info from Mr. Marcus Martinez per below we'd all be obliged I'm sure (skeptics can believe ir or not but the company would be foolish to put out misstatements at this point!).

If I hear anything i'll share it but won't before next week earliest.
Otherwise I can't bear the smug "Itoldjaso's" on that board as though the victims are to blame, as though everyone isn't playing pennies too and with many of them, they just rode the stock up and dumped earlier.

Has PWEI stated anything similar publicly? Or accepted their fate?

I feel sorry for your loss, but to the Grey market it is, regardless of who is responsible for this. Consider bidding for bottom and reselling that if you want to leverage up -- one of the stock pieces of advice given me. I can't speak to it from experience.

I'm not sure I have enough left in this to be worth the effort to have my broker try to match me up with a buyer (supposedly selling off in small bits is easiest), b/c my investment isn't huge, but I sure could've used the money elsewhere as you and everyone else could have.

The other stock invested in same time and should have put THIS money in 300% tripled next day! But I'd been following that one for months. (The MMJ-related stock twinned with another one from same management, that is starting to explode too, can't say more than that here but hope you find a lucky one this time and make up your losses.) Kinda hard if you don't have much powder left, but I hope you manage to leverage back up. Don't blame yourself but IMO avoid APS and stick to companies whose ups/downs you've gotten to know over time: memo to self too.
