Looks like the shareholder meeting is pretty consistent with prior meetings. Election of board members and accounting firm, with the exception of the increase in the proposal to increase the # of shares outstanding.

My thought is that this meeting is simply being held because of SEC requirements that a shareholder meeting be held no more than 15 months from the last held meeting.

Hopefully we will get some more positive news prior to the shareholder meeting so that we might actually get above $2/share and some revenue that would allow us to potentially uplist to NASDAQ so that we can all realize what we have been waiting for....a skyrocketing stock price!!
