Exactly, Something big is indeed coming. 400% more shares than the current AS. Nasty dilution headed our way. 400 Percent increase, that's crazy.

As big an increase as it is, it will still only pay off half of the issued debt. They need 2 billion shares issued and outstanding to be debt free...Thats only if they stop issuing convertibles for the next year.

Its all in the filings for those that do their DD and not listen to the Hype some try to create while they dump on you.
