Yes, I did read the past PRs regarding SA. Also, I do understand the PVSP expansion potential via DIDWW as a sourcing partner. The obvious advantage is being PRd via the new plans re local country numbers as well as the negated requirement to have a server farm in any of the 60 countries. According to my IT friend who brought me into PVSP, the company will need to update their software to adapt to the different series of numbers in various countries, ie. 10 digits vs 12 digits and so forth.
