Don't know about smart money, but someone is throwing down some money these past two days. Never seen volume on this stock like this. They had one report about doubling the amount of authorized shares and the sts article. What will inevitably happen though is a plummet probably next week or in two weeks. I have no idea how far away they think they are to production and revenues but until then (or if ever)I think we will see the sp fluctuate up and down
