Sam, my thoughts as well - he has to have a master plan. Maybe I am giving him too much credit but it is becoming apparent to me that it is not as simple as: "We're a little short on cash. When we have some extra cash, we will complete the audit and start issuing PRs." That is not a marketing plan.
