I dont think anyone needs to be contentious if 2 people say the same thing then it seems there is something to it, now why don't one of you call your broker to confirm that the price represents a proposed valuation that will turn form positive to negative once it starts trading, as opposed let's say to your broker simply assigning a random value (which I doubt) it seems to me that would be very productive and useful and generate some excitement on this board.
