I talked to Bill for 29 minutes. The biggest thing here is NO DILUTION. There is no dilution now nor any in the foreseeable future. He doesn't like promos or mailers or crap like that he likes pure organic trading. I said how do you get paid. His answer was I have my own money. He said I have spent 80 grand on this company this year I of my own money to get it going again. The float on OTCMarkets is not accurate because of some certificates out there that will never be converted because the people that have them are in legal trouble and can't convert them. The float is 215 mily. And the OS is 300 and something mily. The first oil well is almost in operation. The four that have been rumored will not come for another year. There is no dilution don't let the V Trio scare you out of your shares. This could run hard with some momo.
