Exactly. And only the information about when they intended to file the audited numbers--not the rest of the bunk that was supposedly promised.

It is very simple, no company can control the work of an independent auditor. Therefore, any date given for the audits to be complete would have to be a guess. I completely agree that giving a specific date was a mistake as that date being a promise has become a rallying cry for complaints about MDHI but it was not a promise.
