No, all mining is risky by definition. BUT, the majority of conventional mining financing succeeds and shareholders are rewarded. NO toxic death spiral financing has ever been successful. That is why every exchange prohibits such financing and why it is known as "toxic" - it kills companies. Guaranteed.
