Not sure how much this will make a difference, but it can't hurt. It looks like the Federal Government is going to re-open. Beohner is actually allowing a vote.

I know this isn't going to be the main reason why this stock can spike, but it takes a negative factor/possibility out of the equation.

(I live in Chicago and I was watching the news yesterday. They were stating that the Federal Court in Chicago had a chance of shutting down in the near future if the Federal Government didn't re-open)
