What leads you to think it is not?

Did the thought ever occur to you that Elite prefers to go through a successful trial before making a deal with a partner?

Wouldn't that give them the leverage for a far better deal than to do a partner deal before the trial?

The purpose of the loan from NH is to ACCELERATE the development of their ART drugs.

I prefer to think a bit before I post.
