The "Chill" placed on the stock.

Maybe somebody can respond to why there is still a chill on this stock.

A friend of mine is my financial advisor and when I mentioned this stock to him, he let me know that their was a chill.

The chill was put into effect back in 2011 and VPLM is a totally different company now, so I guess I don't put much concern in the fact their is a chill. I don't know if I should be more concerned about this, but if someone has any further knowledge, it would be helpful.
