A positive PR will promote the stock a lot better when it is over $1. I think that's their mentality. Stocks over a buck are far more apt to be purchased by a wider range of people than stocks at .10. Just my opinion but I think NEWL will try to boost this after the RS, which makes sense if you think about what investors are more likely to purchase.....I'm in long and have been for a while, I will ride this thing out. It's going to bounce at some point, it's just a matter of how much and when...
