Red is on target here

If a company can do a PP on 8,25 when sp is on 8,40 that is strong and it tells that a big crowd is wating for shares. Probobly not shares for all investors and what are they going to do now.

Now the market knows "the only way to get in is to buy in". Next time money needs there will be a farmout or a sell.
