I agree. If JR's plan was to allow the stock price
to drop to the 000's,
why put out the annual or 3rd qtr financials?
Why pay his attorneys for an attorney letter in December?

Long and strong KMAG!

I have been holding on to KMAG for over 18+ months and subsequently met JR this past May. I too had some doubts about motives, plans and long term strategies. I have previously stated my belief in JR as a leader and businessman. Again, I have dealt with government agencies with my business and have family and friends who also have had dealings with government regulators and accounting issues. So I totally understand the length of delay this has undergone this past year. Compliance with regulations and listening to legal advise is paramount in order for the value of the long term, loyal investors to retain value in their holdings and loyalties...
...I am confident that my patience and confidence in the long term strategy and business expertise of JR will be rewarded. Fear not, the only thing we have to fear is fear itself and KMAG will not run. It will prevail. I do not believe as some others do that this pps will drop to triple 000's and go private, rather there is a decimal point coming soon and those who weather this minor storm will see only sunlight. IMO
