82.4% of float (86,568,414 out of 103.9 Mil shares) are held by insiders and institutions.

17.4% remains available to retailer investors.(18,078,600 shares)
17.48% of shares are held short (18,164,138 shares)

Continued QE (taper was priced into gold) will help boost gold prices, also housing and unemployment numbers are expected to be low as a result of the shutdown. If thats not enough ANV is expecting record production and lowered cost of refinement.

This is all assuming the Gov't actually has the deal sealed.

When this starts to move it is gonna more very fast. Just a little more torture until we get to the rocket ship ;)
