"This is yet another fraudulent attempt by Peter Valentine to discredit anyone associated with Mabwe Minerals. The report is dated December 2012. Tapiwa Gurupira was subsequently acquitted of all charges. The case never went to court and this led to Peter Valentine's restraining order from entering Dodge Mine. Peter Valentine does not present follow up evidence since this December 2012 liaison officer report as there is no additional information other than case dismissed and Peter Valentine was issued a restraining order."
