I've been watching the market for 10 years. I've seen many many many many many many many SOS filings of RS and 99% of the time, the next day, they put out either an 8K or a PR saying "FINRA will approve" on such and such date.

Are you telling me this is the 1% of stocks I've seen that have an SOS filing with no follow up (8k or PR)? Is that what you are telling me? Yes or no?

IMHO the only reason for the delay is because FINRA is not going to approve the R/S, meaning no reverse split, IMHO
