we dismisssed recently, but I'm pretty sure this is a better deal for us. Sure, there's some dilution, OS increase from 253M to 309 M, but that's to be expected if we are handed $450M to cover all our drilling costs untill the end of 2014.
The deal went down at $8.25 CAD, and once the halt is lifted, we'll see if the present share price in
Canada ( $8.40 goes down to the $8.25 CAD ), or does it increase.
There's alot of catalysts coming up, i.e. Agete, Tutule, the 10% of blocks 10BB nad 13T.
What this PP really does is that it shows the world that we have the kind of muscle to get this deal done, that we can pay our way through an expensive 2013, 2014 drilling program.
I like it.
