They will aquire NB plants...and yes there will be dilution but nothing like the financing deal they have done with Magna.With the huge revenue the stock will rise.


"That 10 million forcast for 2014 is just the 5 acre facility alone add each Q there should be 2 million in revenue since NB plants does 7 million and Growrite 50% stake does 2 million in Annual revenue.Add The Equipment sales annually about 2 million and you get total Revenue should be around 21 Million...I will say it again 21 revenue Million for 2014 !!!!
