This is my true feeling on this PR blackout, the rumored NOBO, and this year long rumored merger BS. I truly feel JR is holding PR's, and updates in hopes of depressing the PPS so he can buy all the shares of KMAG, why wouldn't JR want the PPS at .0001, buy all remaining shares and take the company private? That would be the smart thing to do if you know you will be merging with another company, current shareholders will need to be paid for their shares, so why pay a premium, wait it out, keep people in the dark, and buy when they sell. I can hear Reid's attorney advising this scenario. IMO, KMAG is making millions in revs and Jeff Reid doesn't want to share that with us, so he spends his time at the mine and lets us fend for ourselves.

And yes DJ, I'd put it all on the line here, risk losing my entire investment.
