Dan, and that is EXACGTLY why this stock isn't going anywhere until AFTER the conversion.

I don't remember who here said it, but we'll get the news about the huge deal on the day the conversion shares can be sold. Looks like that's going to be the day - doesn't it?

I'm still hopeful that AFTER all this is through then we'll see some great upward movement.
