Financing Facility? Oh I thought SG purchased some Real Estate.....like a Credit Union building LOL

So in other words could this be just regular old financing? Is it or could it be toxic?

If SG is going to be making so much like he is saying he is going to......why does he need this much money?

So will this $5 Million be added on top of the debt he already has?

Will it be Good Debt or......bad debt?
