While the 10K is a financial statement and at 1st blush makes it look like ILNS is an anemic patient, it also appears to be written to support the arguments presented in the PFE suit. (I know, there is no more lawsuit, according to some of you)

One fact I thought was funny and has little to contribute is that ILNS only has 88 common stockholders of record. Pennystockers are usually part of a much larger herd.

BTW, no need to cut and paste entire paragraphs or sections of the 10K if you can provide a coherent synopsis. Most of us have already read it and have formed our own opinions.
