If I was short in any stock dealing with gold I would cover just in case. Money has already been made hand over fist shorting this down. Now is definitely the time to cover though unless you will be chasing hard if we do in fact default.

Also physical demand for gold is huge currently.
QE3 will not be ending anytime soon. If anything it will be increased short term not decreased. Our economy has been hurt badly, and we don't even know it since the government org that monitors that sort of thing has been shutdown!!!!!

Hang tight people explosion is on the way.
Worst case scenerio in my book is that the PPS drops until earnings. At that point it will go up no matter what This is a $7 stock at current gold prices, but people are just beating the sector down.
