2:27AM Xenoport issues statement regarding letter from Clinton Group (XNPT) 6.02 : Co issued the following statement:

"The XenoPort Board of Directors has received the letter sent today from the Clinton Group. The XenoPort Board and management team appreciate stockholder input regarding the company, and we will continue to review all aspects of the company's business.
