With a gov't OWNED by the FED, printing paper money like there's no tomorrow, and racking up trillions in debt, if these agencies had anything to them, they would rate it an F. Only a mighty military and nothing to challenge the artificial dollar keeps this fiasco together. But at some point, the sociopaths in DC will figure out a way to cause a total breakdown.
